Return Policy

· If your item arrives and it is not as described, or is damaged, you must notify Big Lou Guitars via email within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.

- Refunds will be issued via PayPal. PayPal will subtract their processing fee from the refund amount (something we have no control over).

· Return requests placed outside of the 7-day window will be not be accepted.

· If the item is damaged, take pictures of the shipping box and the damaged item. (If the item was damaged by the shipping company, you will need to contact them directly regarding your concerns.)

· If the issue involves Big Lou Guitars directly, be sure you save all packaging in case the item needs to be returned. Items must be returned in the same condition that they were shipped. Otherwise, only a portion of the original purchase price will be returned.

· The reason for your return will determine who is responsible for the return shipping costs.

· Once Big Lou Guitars has the item back and it is in the original condition that it was shipped, your refund should be completed within 48 hours and you should see the money back in your account within the following 5-7 business days.
